Refund Policy


We have a 30-day refund and replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  

We issue replacements or refunds in these cases:

  • Damaged/poor quality printed item
  • Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)
  • Wrong size item (we sent the wrong size item, or you ordered the wrong size)
  • Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order

 We do not issue replacements or refunds in these cases:

  • Customer changes their mind (buyer’s remorse)
  • Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided
  • Customer changes the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out.
  • Customer returns the product without notifying our customer service team first.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders

To request a replacement or refund for items that are damaged or incorrect:

  • Email a detailed description of issue with your order; a clear image of your damaged/incorrect item; and your receipt with order number to support@egans-creek.com.
  • Once received, our customer service team will evaluate your claim and contact you within 7 business days.
  • If approved, you will have the choice of a replacement item (shipped to you at no cost), a store credit or a full refund.

Customer Orders the Wrong Size

 To request a replacement for wrong size purchases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Send an email notification along with your receipt and order number to support@egans-creek.com
  • Return item within 7 consecutive days after delivery.
  • Ship your item to: Egan’s Creek, 6001 Argyle Forest Blvd, Suite 21, PMB #214, Jacksonville, FL 32244
  • Once received, our customer service team will begin your replacement order. A replacement will take 3 business days for processing and 5 – 10 days for delivery.
  • To speed up the delivery of your replacement please email a clear image of your return shipping label showing the date, our address, and tracking number to support@egans-creek.com.

Order Modification or Cancellation

The processing times for our items very.  All order modification or cancellation requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

  • For all order modification or cancellation requests please email support@egans-creek.com immediatly and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims on sale items or gift cards, and we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for US orders or 60 days for international orders after purchase:

  • Please check to see if the package was delivered to your neighbor by mistake or maybe fell into the bushes.
  • If you are unable to locate your package, send an email notification along with your receipt and order number to support@egans-creek.com. One of our customer service team members will initiate a trace process through our shipping service and follow up with you on their progress. (A trace process can take from 1 - 10 business days)
  • If it is determined that your package is truly lost, we will immediately issue you a replacement item. Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received.

Please note: this policy does not include errors made by customers, i.e., providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

Refund FAQs

 How long will the refund take?

  • It depends on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to process refunds.
  • If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.

What if that account and/or card has been cancelled?

  • You will need to contact your bank to alert them that you were expecting a refund to this account or card and make alternative arrangements with them.

Can the refund be sent to a different card or account?

  • As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get your funds back to you.
