All domestic orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 We provide free shipping on orders $50.00 and over, within the US and Canada.

 Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • Delivery times are estimates and might differ based on the quantity of items you purchase.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

 Rates are based on the shipping address and the weight and dimensions of the order. 

  • For international shipping, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Egan’s Creek is not responsible for these charges. If charges are incurred, they are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Shipping charges and delivery times for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 2 days after its expected delivery date, please contact us at support@egans-creek.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Typically, only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to P.O. Boxes. Many of our products include bulkier shipments and are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a P.O. Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@egans-creek.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
